Current Site

The site is a static author website with a mailing-list signup handled by Cloudflare Pages Functions. It does not run advertising pixels or include social tracking widgets.

Cloudflare may process technical request information as part of hosting and security for the site once it is deployed through Cloudflare Pages.

Newsletter

The mailing list collects email addresses only after explicit consent and double opt-in confirmation. Resend is used to send confirmation emails, manage mailing-list contacts, and deliver future emails from D. Labman.

The mailing list may include release and preorder announcements, Advanced Reader Copy / ARC opportunities when available, future False Sky updates, and occasional meaningful author or series news. Subscribers can unsubscribe from future emails.

Spam Protection

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help protect the signup form from automated abuse. The form also includes a non-visible honeypot field as an additional spam measure.

Analytics

No analytics script is included in this repository. Cloudflare Web Analytics is the preferred future option, but it should only be enabled after the required site token or Cloudflare configuration exists.

External Links

Future book pages may link to external retailers or reading platforms. Those services will have their own privacy practices. No retailer links are currently displayed without real book-specific destinations.
